Dentures made here. Fitted by Dr. House herself.

When your teeth stop working the way they should, everything changes — what you eat, how you feel at dinner, whether you join the table. It doesn't have to stay that way.

You've quietly switched to softer foods, avoided restaurants, and stopped smiling in photos.

If any of these sound familiar, a thorough evaluation is the right first step.

01

You're missing several teeth and it's affecting what you eat.

02

Your dentures don't fit well — they slip, they cause sore spots, they feel off.

03

You avoid eating in public. Restaurants, holidays, dinners with family.

04

Your current dentures were made quickly, at a lab far away, and it shows.

05

You have some healthy teeth left and want a partial rather than a full denture.

06

You need a plan that fits a real budget — staged, if that's what it takes.

07

You want dentures that feel like part of you, not something you're always adjusting.

Full dentures or partials — what makes the difference is the time spent fitting them.

Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth. Full dentures replace every tooth in an upper or lower arch. Partial dentures fill the gaps when you still have healthy teeth remaining, clipping onto existing teeth with small clasps. Both restore chewing, speech, and appearance.

Not all dentures are the same. The materials, the fit, the time spent getting the shape right — these determine whether your dentures feel like part of you or something you're constantly adjusting. Many patients come to House Dental after struggling with dentures made elsewhere. That doesn't mean the previous work was poorly done. It often means there wasn't enough time in the process to get the fit right.

Made In-House

Denturist Robert works alongside Dr. House — not at a factory you'll never meet.

Multiple Fittings

Adjustments until it's right, not rushed to close the ticket.

Staged Over Time

Complete everything at once, or phase the work into what your budget allows.

Not everyone can do everything at once. That's fine.

One of Dr. House's standing principles: build the plan around your timeline and budget, not the other way around. Here's how staging typically works for denture patients.

Stage 01

Now — Stop the Urgent Problems

Address pain, infection, and teeth that are actively breaking down. Extractions if needed, temporary solutions if the budget demands it. The goal: stabilize, so nothing gets worse while you plan the rest.

Stage 02

Soon — A Good Starting Denture

Robert fabricates a well-fitting custom denture or partial in-house. Real craftsmanship, real fittings, real follow-up. You leave with something that works today while the longer-term plan stays on the table.

Stage 03

Later (Optional) — Upgrade to Implant-Supported

If and when the timing is right, many patients upgrade to locator dentures — snap-in dentures held by 2–4 implants. You can plan toward this from day one, or revisit it in a year or five.

  1. Step 01

    Evaluation

Your two-hour first visit includes full-series X-rays, digital scans, photographs, and a full review of your medical history, medications, and previous dental work. Nothing is assumed.

  2. Step 02

    Treatment Planning

Dr. House designs a plan based on what the evaluation reveals — full dentures, partials, or a staged approach that addresses the most important needs first. She walks you through every option.

  3. Step 03

    Impressions & Fabrication

Robert takes detailed impressions and builds your dentures by hand, adjusting shape, color, and alignment to match your face and bite. Because he works in-house, adjustments happen in real time.

  4. Step 04

    Fitting & Adjustments

Dr. House checks the fit carefully — how the dentures sit, how your bite comes together, how they feel when you speak and chew. Most patients need one or two follow-up visits to fine-tune the fit.

  5. Step 05

    Long-Term Care

Gums and bone change over time. Dr. House monitors your dentures at regular visits and adjusts as needed. Ongoing care is part of the plan from the beginning.

Dr. Allison House, DMD

A dentist who actually enjoys making dentures — and a denturist working right down the hall.

A lot of dentists don't enjoy making dentures. Dr. House does. That matters, because a denture specialist who cares about getting it right will spend the time it takes to do it well. Because Robert works in-house — not at a lab across the country — the conversation between dentist and denturist happens in person, in real time. That's how the best results happen.

Why patients choose House Dental for dentures and partials.

Four reasons patients come here after a factory-made denture didn't hold up.

No. 01

Made In-House, Not in a Factory

Robert, our denturist, works directly with Dr. House in the office. Your dentures are designed, adjusted, and fabricated here — not shipped to a facility where no one has met you. The fit is better when the person making your dentures can see your mouth.

No. 02

Worth the Investment

Custom dentures here cost around $2,500 per arch, more than the $1,000 options elsewhere. They cost more because they take more time — more impressions, more adjustments, more attention to how your jaw moves and how the teeth come together. That difference shows up the first time you eat a meal without thinking about it.

No. 03

Staged If You Need It

Not everyone can do everything at once. Dr. House builds treatment plans that work with your timeline and your budget. CIGNA and Aetna accepted, with financing through CareCredit and Proceed Finance. There's a right moment for everybody.

No. 04

The Whole Picture First

Before recommending dentures, Dr. House wants to understand why you lost those teeth and whether your jaw and bite can support the restoration. That level of diagnosis protects your investment and your health.

My previous dentures slid every time I ate, and I'd been embarrassed about my teeth for years. Robert took impressions in the office, Dr. House adjusted the bite in person, and we did three fittings until they were right. I can eat a salad in public now.

My mother was in hospice and needed a denture. Dr. House and Robert built a staged plan that respected what she could tolerate. It was the last big thing she did for herself, and it meant she could eat real food again in her final months.
